This month is Women’s History Month in Canada! The theme for this year is #MakeAnImpact, honoring women that have made lasting impacts in their fields. We will be celebrating women’s history for the entire month of October, providing tidbits of women’s history through our social media channels and on our website; be sure to follow us! October fourteenth to eighteenth is also YWCA’s Week Without Violence, an awareness campaign about domestic violence and the effects it has on people of all genders and their families.

October fourteenth to eighteenth is Week Without Violence, a campaign to bring awareness to the widespread issue of domestic abuse and violence. YWCA Prince Albert is holding a Sharing and Healing Circle for survivors of domestic abuse and violence on October seventeeth. For more information, please visit our events page.
